Neuroimmune System Plays Major Role In Weight Regulation

And it promotes impetus in MBH microgliosis with cellular infiltration and increased both food intake and weight gain. Thus more dietary stimulate activate microglial inflammatory and provide non-neuronal approaches to tret metabolic diseases.



There are few Drugs which may help to treat Obesity For example PLX3977. It made by Plexxikon, and now is in clinical trials to treat tumors, leukemias and rare form of arthritis. It follows the same mechanism action as PLX522.
